automotive headlamp and tail lamp reflectors.

More than 150 Galileo vertical-axis metalisers are now employed in the automotive industry.

Sputtering version in development

These metalisers offer a-state-of-the-art automated system for coating
a variety of automotive reflectors. Components are loaded into one of
the two doors and metalised under vacuum in a preprogrammed sequence.
Each door can be loaded with different components or can run a different
process, thus a mixture of reflectors can be processed at a rate appropriate
to factory throughput.
