Oxwise was formed in 1987 to give marketing and sales consultancy services in the business
sectors of magnetic liquids, cryogenics and vacuum technology.
Several market studies were
carried out in the magnetic liquid and cryogenic fields. A
particular vacuum rotary feedthrough was designed. Sales and promotional
effort was hired
to manufacturers of vacuum components, thin film instruments, and vacuum
systems.
These latter projects resulted in the major activity of the company becoming
the promotion
of sales of technically based products on a freelance basis.

Oxwise is now the UK agent for Galileo Vacuum Systems who manufacture batch
coaters for the automotive and decorative metalising industry, and a UK distributor
for Dressler GmbH who manufacture RF generators and automatching networks.
Oxwise is ready to provide market studies or promotional effort to
assist in selling
technical products in the thin film, magnetic liquid or low temperature
fields. This could
include generating potential customer lists, assessing competition,
finding foreign agents,
organising show participation, or pricing products.
